Starting the Career

After completing graduation, the journey began in non-IT roles, both as a permanent and contract employee. This decision wasn't just about employment but a conscious effort to explore how businesses function. During this time, there was a keen focus on understanding operational models, observing how customer behavior influences business decisions, and learning effective money management strategies.

SP Carrier Launchers

The core idea behind SP Carrier Launchers was to assist intermediate students in their transition to higher education. The business model focused on charging students a small fee to provide career guidance, connecting students with colleges to ensure seamless admissions support, and acting as a bridge between intermediate to B.Tech or degree colleges. While this venture achieved significant success in helping students and colleges alike, the founder felt it wasn't enough to fulfill the bigger dream of creating a transformative impact.

Shifting to IT

The next phase involved transitioning to a career in IT, driven by the need to explore the dynamic culture of urban corporate settings and advanced business models leveraging technology. While working in IT, the founder launched another venture: Mediating Agency.
